Office rental space in Singapore is currently facing a shortage of supply. This is due to several redevelopments or retrofitting of commercial office building. Many buildings in the prime district are redeveloping for residential usage. The high influx of oversea companies, especially financial institute, moving into Singapore had also contributed to the office rental in Singapore to soar.

For company looking into expanding their office space in Singapore, finding a suitable space is becoming a challenging task. Some companies had opted to move towards High tech building or business park zone. Due to the tight supply of office rental in Singapore, some companies had also decentralized their operation, moving backend operation out of the central business district. There are still ample office spaces in the industrial or business park zone.

Shophouse office had become a new popular choice for many companies. Shophouse office rental Singapore is typically commanding half of the traditional office space. With careful planning and interior design, shophouse office can be renovated to be an office with taste. The popular shophouse offices in Singapore are located at Amoy Street, Telok Ayer Street and Tras Street. With the high office rental in Singapore, tenants need to have better creativity usage of office space. Open concept office which optimized office space is employed by most tenants.

For some companies, moving out of the Central Business District to the fridge of business zone becomes the number one choice. Others are moving to the business park paying lower rental without compromising the corporate image. However, they do need to compromise on the location as most business park do not residue in the central of Singapore. Most of the business park and high tech building are located either at the east or west side of the island. With this office rental trend, the rental of suburban and business had also increased.

The city-state’s traditional form of boxy and rectangular apartment buildings will see a dramatic redesign for this new landmark. It is composed of 31 apartment buildings built to form a hexagons. This huge scale development is roughly the size of 16 football fields and will be constructed on the southern part of the city. The greenery surrounding Alexandra Road and Ayer Rajah Expressway is the perfect background for this new condo. The 170,000 meter square compound will house to 1,040 units ranging in size from 2 or 3, 3 plus study and 4 bedroom units. Units can be in a townhouse or penthouse style.

This breakthrough design highlights and takes advantage of Singapore’s natural environment. The massive size of the development has allowed designers to incorporate a multitude of greenery to give the complex a tropical feel to the over all effect of the venture. Above ground vehicular circulation has been minimized, freeing large green areas within the condo building itself. The project is more than just a residential development. The designers have integrated environmental sustainability features via a careful calculation, study and analysis of factors such as sun, wind and micro-climate conditions coupled with low-impact passive energy strategies and other energy saving features on site.

Why is this development unique? Because a breakaway from the typical Singaporean building or skyscraper. Buildings in the city-state are typically isolated, vertical apartment buildings, complexes and towers with little or no outstanding features to distinguish one from the other. This new venture takes a different and unique approach to tropical green living as the building complex is composed of interconnected hexagonal buildings designed to highlight Singapore’s natural environment. Identical six storey buildings stacked to form a hexagonal pattern with courtyards and spacious greenery and lawns, making this the perfect style to incorporate swimming pools, hanging balconies, sky gardens, miniature parks and rooftop gardens.

In a typical apartment or condominium complex, privacy can sometimes be compromised. However, at this new development, privacy is balanced with green open spaces for recreation and generous spacing in between units. There are also other amenities residents can enjoy that were integrated into the natural greenery aside from the number of indoor and outdoor recreation areas built for fun and relaxation. This project situated in residential Gillman Heights has challenged the traditional way apartment buildings and condominium buildings have been designed. The breakaway design does not only have a dramatic external facade, it has also addressed the issue of having green and comfortable internal spaces. The name Interlace itself reinforces the feeling of unity between the community while complimenting the surrounding natural environment.

Chiropractic treatment is a health care profession that specialises in the treatment and diagnosis that treats disorders within the joints, the spine and variances in the bodies functions especially in the nervous system. All of this falls under the umbrella of the musculoskeletal system within the human body. Treatment normally ranges from engineered and sculptured treatments and physical therapy that includes spinal manipulation, joint manipulation and certain forms of pressure induced and focused massage therapy to promote healing. Whether or not medication like painkillers would be introduced within the course of the treatment is entirely up to the chiropractic doctor itself; as injuries that includes spinal injuries can be especially painful.

If you are in Singapore and need some chiropractic treatment, your choices are varied and you have the option of choosing among many consultants, and senior experienced consultants all over Singapore. In fact, there is a dedicated Chiropractic Association in Singapore with its very own website – founded in 1988 by three pioneering chiropractic doctors. It is a nexus, a hub where some of the very best in chiropractic treatment register themselves. It also acts as a recognising and regulatory body, where the participating doctors are constantly updated with new and modern treatments, classes which introduce new disciplines within chiropractic treatments and constant tests and re-assessments that ensure that the doctors are competent and remain relevant to the industry.

Their professional register lists almost 200 known chiropractic doctors within the city limits, all operating from different locations. Some have their own clinics and some operate in hospitals. Hospitals, whether private or public also have their own chiropractic departments, or departments that specialise in the joints, nervous systems and spine. An easy place to start if you don’t want to run through lists are hospitals. Look for those under the SingHealth group or accredited private institutions like Camden or Mt Elisabeth hospital. You will get the best treatment possible and usually, they are prices slightly lower than private practices.

Singapore is an advanced medical hub in the region of Asia Pacific and houses some of the best medical practitioners in the world today. Locally based exams and assessment tools for the medical industry are world class so you will be getting the best possible treatment in an environment that is assured and safe. Finding a doctor that is right for you also depends on aspects like price, location and the personality of the doctor.

Singapore is a small country with an accessible land area of only about 700 square kms,but the place has been nurtured and made into a famous tourist destination primarily due to the hard work, commitment and dedication of its people towards their homeland.Singapore is famous for being the cleanest city in the world. Tourists will be astonished and impressed by the strict rules and regulations formed by the Singapore government. There are many posters in buildings and parks telling people what they should do, what they shouldn’t do and how much they will be fined if they break the rules. That is the reason why Singapore is called “the fine city”.

The Singaporean government wants to establish a clean and green country where all citizens are well educated and are considerately to others. Therefore they have set many strict rules as well as put a lot of instructions and reminders in public places so that people always remember what they aren’t allowed to do and everything is orderly. Children are taught at school and in their family, right from very early ages, about what they should do and how to behave in this society. If you are a tourist visiting Singapore, you should be considerate and pay attention to every one of your actions. There are many things considered normal in your country but which are illegal in Singapore. You will be fined heavily if you litter or smoke in public places. Also remember to flush public toilets after using it so that you aren’t fined S$500.

It is summer and you enjoy lying on the beach sunbathing. However, if you are in Singapore, you mustn’t go nude or topless when sunbathing, even if it is your own back yard. It is forbidden in Singapore and you will be fined if you’re caught doing that.Chewing gum is not forbidden in Singapore but bringing gum into the country in large amount is illegal and the gum seller can be sent to jail. Therefore, be careful with what you bring to Singapore. You can find more information about what is not allowed to be brought into Singapore by visiting the Singaporean customs’ website.

Thanks to the strict laws of Singapore, this country is very safe and orderly. There is virtually no crime, no corruption and you are safe even when walking alone at night. There may be some pickpockets in crowded places. However, they are rare unlike any other Asian countries.Every year a large number of tourists are fined during their stay in Singapore because they are unaware of the strict rules and regulations. You should read about its rules and regulations carefully before going there and be aware of every board, poster or sign you see. Being a decent person and showing your respect to others, you won’t encounter any problems and will have an enjoyable stay in this clean country.

Singapore is a well-established city with superb infrastructure, disciplined society, and excellent transportation facilities. Singapore’s airport has been consistently rated among the world’s best airports. Apart from being one of the world’s safest as well as cleanest cities, Singapore is also a leader in such arenas as oil refining and distribution and shipbuilding and repairing.

The city is also a major center for electronics, finance, and communication. Al though a highly sophisticated modern city, Singapore still preserves it charm, and presents a multicultural heritage, which is an elegant mix of Indian, Chinese, Eurasian, and Malaysian cultures. In short, Singapore is a highly favored destination brimming with tourist spots as well as business opportunities. No wonder why real estate properties, both residential and commercial property, in Singapore are booming and of great demand.

Understanding the potentials and opportunities that are available here, many foreigners including retired people and business people have now started investing in residential property market in Singapore. It is estimated that an ordinary townhouse or apartment of about 1000 sq ft cost approximately $1 million. Many buyers invest in residential properties in order to rent it while some invest in it to sell it after a period of one or two years when prices rise. According to records, renting of residential properties in the city can fetch you $36,000 to $80,000 per annum. However, the location of the real estate property determines its value and rent.

For example, residential properties located on such strategic locations as the Nissam Road, Orchard Road, and Nathan Road are the all-time favorites of expats. Likewise, residential properties based in East Coast, Clementi, and Pasir Panjang, are also much sought after among the foreigners since it is close to many shopping as well as recreation amenities and international schools.

Nowadays, inner city areas are also becoming popular. Apart from location, some expats prefer to reside with their fellow country people. For instance, Europeans mostly prefer to reside in properties placed in areas like Orchard Boulevard, Taman Nakhoda, and Gallop Road. There are also some areas within the city dominated by Japanese and Koreans.

Housing options in Singapore cover everything from apartments, bungalows and condominiums to shophouse, townhouses, and flats. Residential Real Estate in Singapore has been classified into: landed and non-landed. Included in the landed properties are semi-detached houses, terraces, and bungalows. Non-landed real estate consists of condominiums, executive condos, and private apartments.

Majority of the people in Singapore reside in public houses or flats developed by the Housing Development Board (HDB.) These homes are mostly within housing estates, of which majority of them are developed neighborhoods containing supermarkets, hospitals, dining options, schools, and recreational facilities. A myriad of private property developers are also in the scenario to provide high-end accommodation.

The residential property law in Singapore prohibits foreigners to purchase or acquire a residential real estate or property here. However, overseas investors can buy a flat within a building consisting of six or more levels or any unit in a condominium. Other properties can be acquired by a foreigner, provided the Singapore Land Authority has granted permission. Likewise, for a foreign company to invest in residential property in Singapore, it is required to apply to the Residential Property Advisory Committee in order to get approval for owning residential property.

No matter it is to buy townhouse, apartment, or a single detached as well as terraced home, a plethora of realtors and property builders are now in the scenario to fetch your dream real estate property in Singapore. There are certain real estate firms providing services of professional attorneys to check the legal documents in connection with the real estate property.

Many realtors even offer superb services to deal with the laws and procedures in connection with the acquisition of property in the city. Some realtors even arrange mortgages for the acquisition of residential real estate in the city. However, it is important to carry out a thorough research with regard to their professionalism and the way they render the services, prior to approaching them.

The delights of shopping in Singapore and her wealth of shopping centers and shopping directories that would make mapmakers of the globe shudder in fright are both legendary and on the tips of the lips of every traveler who comes to Singapore to experience this mad craze – crowned off by the great Singapore sale and other mini bargain seasons that seem to crop up just as pay day rolls by.

If Singapore could be described as a maze then it is somewhere that the ladies and anyone who is passionate about shopping would love to get lost in. On last count there are more than 200 major shopping malls and centers all over the island, from massive redoubts and golden palaces of retail opportunities to the more humble buildings that are scattered along the many suburbs and quaint little towns all over Singapore.

Shopping should be declared as sin as many ladies after a night out of disco and cocktails top off the night with a champagne and a trip to the largest 24-hour shopping centre in Singapore. While this is not a typical list a guy would draw up as a good time on a Friday night, this is the extent of the shopping culture in Singapore. Orchard Road has more than 2, 000 local and international brands in buildings of old and new, some of which reach to the skies. A bus full of ladies in a bus riding past orchard will always make an excuse to stop by and experience the delights it has to offer. It is an addiction to retail, a drug induced stupor, lightheadedness and a buoyant mood everytime they start shopping around.

What’s more is that they get treated like royalty in Singapore. Shopping centers are designed to make their retail experience as fluid and as velvety as possible. Well trained concierge staff, retail staff and cashiers who seem to have a smile transfixed on their face and a warm greeting always on the tip of their tongue are predominant in many of these department stores. Shopping is a delight in Singapore – simply because this country has been designed to give such pleasures.
